Most Superior way of asking for Forgiveness from Allah!

The Messenger of Allaah –

[may Peace and Blessings of Allaah be upon him] – said :-

Indeed the major supplication for forgiveness is to say:-

"Allaahumma anta rabbee,

La ilaha illa anta,

 Khalaqtanee, wa ana Abduka,

Wa ana ala Ahdika wa wa'dika Mastata'tu,

 A'outhu bika min sharri Masanatu,

Aboo'u laka bini'matika alayya,

 Wa aboo'u Bitahmbee,

Faghfirlee fa'innahu la yaghfiru ath-thunooba 'illa 'anta".

 [ Sahih Bukhari Vol.8 Hadith # 318]

TRANSLATION:-

"O Allaah You are my Lord,

There is NONE worthy of worship in truth except You,

You created me and I am Your slave

and..

I am abiding to Your covenant and promise as best as I can,

I seek refuge in You from the evil that I have committed,

I profess to you my Sins and I acknowledge Your favour upon me,

so Forgive me Verily no one Forgives Sins except You."

*HASAD*Shaves Faith!Enemies for Allâh's Bounties [Tabarânî~Hasan~Ibn Sireen]Superb!

At-Tirmîdhî narrated from al-Zubayr Ibn al-Awam
that the -

Prophet (sallallâhû alaihi wa-sallam) said:-

"There has come to you the disease of the nations before you, jealousy and hatred.

This is the 'shaver' (destroyer);
I do not say that it shaves hair, but that it shaves (destroys) faith…"

 [(Hasan) Jamî at- Tirmîdhî (2434)]

Hasad can cause the person to indulge in disbelief because it causes the individual to feel that Allâh has not been fair with him; he forgets all the mercy and blessings which Allâh has bestowed upon him.

The Messenger of Allâh
(sallallâhû alaihi wa-sallam) said:-

"They are enemies for Allâh's bounties."
They asked: "Who are they?" He said:
"Those who envy people for what Allâh has given them of Bounty."

[at-Tabarânî]

Muhammad Ibn Sireen

It is reported that Muhammad b. Sîrîn – Allâh have mercy on him – said,

"I have never envied anyone over anything: if a person is going to be in the Fire, how could I envy him over some worldly matter when he is destined for the Fire?!

And if he is going to Paradise, how could I be envious of a man of Paradise with whom Allâh tabâraka wa ta'âlâ is pleased?!"

Muslim said:-
"We have never heard anything better than this from the words of Ibn Sîrîn.".

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barkatuh

  All  Humans are dead except

 those who have knowledge.

And all those who have knowledge are asleep, except those who do good deeds.

And those who do good deeds are deceived,

 except those who are sincere.

And those who are sincere are always in a state of worry.

{Imam Ash -Shaafi'ee}

"Say: O 'Ibaadi (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves by committing evil deeds and sins!

Despair not of the Mercy of Allaah, verily,

Allaah forgives all sins.

Truly, He is Oft‑Forgiving, Most Merciful"

Assalaamualaykum,

Combatting Pride.

dead tree
Hasan Al-Basree advised some of his students admonishing them about avoiding the state of being proud.
He said:-

1) Do not deceive yourself into becoming too proud because you are in a good or righteous environment, for there is no place that is better than Paradise, and our father, Adam [alayhi salaam] experienced there what is known to all.

2) Do not become proud merely because you worship often, for consider what happened to Iblees after he spent a great deal of time worshipping.

3) Do not think yourself great because you have met with righteous people, for there is no man more righteous than the Prophet [salAllaahu 'alahi wasallam]
yet the disbelievers and hypocrites did not benefit by simply knowing him.

*There he will find Strength of Heart and Will' & no Longer be Depressed*!{Ibn Al Qayyim}

"Bismillahir Rehmanir Raheem".
Assalam Alaikum Wa Rehmath Ullahi Wa Barkatahu

Solitude.

The contemplative believer who remembers God will begin to enjoy solitude and places of seclusion where voices and movements are hushed…

There he will find strength of heart and will,
and he will no longer be worried or depressed.
Then he will begin to taste the sweetness of worship, of which he cannot have enough.

In it, he will find abundance of pleasure and comfort – more than what he used to find in diversion and play, or in the satisfaction of wordly desires…

When he experiences this state,
many of the wordly concerns will disappear,
as he is in a completely different world from the rest of humanity.

"If Your Prayers Are In Order Then You Will Have Prospered & Succeeded"!(Hadith 'Qudsi"!)

Hadith Qudsi .

On the authority of Abu Harayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet { Peace be upon him } who said:-

Allah (mighty and sublime be He) says:-

The first of his actions for which a servant of Allah will be held accountable on the Day of Resurrection will be his
Prayers.

If they are in order, then he will have prospered and succeeded !!

and if they are wanting, then he will have failed and lost

If there is something defective in his obligatory prayers, the Lord (glorified and exalted be He) will say:-

See if My servant has any supererogatory prayers with which may be completed that which was defective in his obligatory prayers.
Then the rest of his actions will be judged in like fashion.
