·         Location>> Al Khobar

1.   Position Purpose Statement
A brief but complete statement describing why the position exists.
·         Implement and maintain an IT infrastructure at the plant that meets manufacturing business requirements in all aspects according to IS policies and standards.
·         Enure the availability and better IS on-site support and services To achieve and develop business goals.
2.  Knowledge, Skills and Experience Gathered
Describe the critical knowledge, skills and experience required to achieve the accountabilities of the position; please note that this is not necessarily the incumbent's personal background.
            (a)        Knowledge including: education, qualifications and training
·         BSC IT or 3+ years in IT in Manufacturing Environment
·         ERP – SAP – Middleware technologies
·         Certification in servers or OS or Networks
·         Structured cabling to maintain Effective server room standards
·         Ensure availability on weekend support during peak plant production
·         Good in business English and Arabic
(b)          Skills
·         Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment.
·         Customer Service orientation and focus.
·         Willingness to learn.
·         Stress tolerance.
·         Coaching and mentoring of IS tools to employees
·         Performance driven
·         Business reporting

(c)          Experience
Experience in IS support.
Experience dealing with SLA.
Managing, tracking incidents/problems using help desk system.
Experience on Hardware maintenance, troubleshooting.
Experience in different LAN/WAN and Voice systems and maintenance.
Experience supporting factory floor applications and infrastructure.
Experience in User maintenance, Active Directory maintenance, Anti Virus support, SMS, backup system, Firewall, mailing Server etc.
Experience supporting ERP solutions
Minimum of 3+ years experience for all of the above
3.     Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
            List 5-8 key statements which describe the major accountabilities or responsibilities and the expected end result.  List in order of importance.
1)      IS Site Support.
·         Handling computer room coordination and administrative activities, checking room integrity, changing tapes, work with remote administrators to carry out tasks.
·         Coordination for the contracted 3rd party vendors and maintenance contractors.
·         Perform and /or support all administrative process required for acquisition, tracking and disposal of software and hardware.
·         Performing proactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems, and attempting to eliminate problems before they occur
·         Provide coordination and escalation with the internal Kraft IS organization, the global external IT service provider and regional leads to ensure end to end service delivery.
·         Coordinate and ensure end results for contingency and service continuity plans.
·         Weekend Help Desk support and beyond office hours.
2)      Sustain / Support
·         Provide 1st , 2nd or 3rd level Support – where appropriate for  SAP applications, Interfaces, Manufacturing applications, Warehouse and logistics applications
·         Functional - Translate functional requirements into technical requests, while supporting with documented business cases
3)      IT Infrastructure Administration
·         Server, Network, SMS packaging, AD, MS Exchange and Communication equipment Administration
·         Network Administration: :Coordination/Liaising with local ISP and with Kraft Network team for network issues
4)      Compliance and Integrity
Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.
5)      Responsibility for GMP
Ensures GMP, Hygiene and applicable food safety requirements as per HACCP, Process and Product SOPs, Quality and Environment plans.
6)      Safety and Security
Ensures a safe workplace by the support and maintenance of Health, Safety & Environment Management norms & system, Emergency & Fire protection guidelines. Directly responsible for safe working conditions of the equipments and machines in his designated area, applying specific standards of work and environment safety.
4.  Operating Environment
A succinct but comprehensive set of statements designed to provide a clear understanding about the complexities of the internal (company) and external (marketplace) environments in which the position operates.
