"My Lord, build for me with YOU a house in Heaven"[Quran]+Aasiyah bint Mazaahim

"Bismillah Hir Rehman Nir Raheem "

'Assalaamu Alaykum Warahmatulla hee Wa Barakaatuhu '.

It was narrated that Ibn Abbaas said:-

the Messenger of Allaah [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him]

drew four lines on the ground, then he said, "Do you know what this is?"

We said, "Allaah and His Messenger know best."

The Messenger of Allaah[peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him]  said:-

"The best of the women of Paradise are

# 1/ -Khadeejah bint Khuwaylid,

# 2/ -Faatimah bint Muhammad,

# 3/-Aasiyah bint Mazaahim [the wife of Pharaoh]

#4/- Maryam bint Imraan –

[may Allaah be pleased with them]

[Narrated by Ahmad, 2663. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani

in Saheeh al-Jaami, 1135]

It was narrated from Anas that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:-

"Sufficient for you among the women of the world are Maryam the daughter of Imraan. Khadeejah bint Khuwaylid, Faatimah bint Muhammad and Aasiyah the wife of Pharaoh." (Narrated and classed as saheeh by al-Tirmidhi, 3878)

Aasiyah bint Mazaahim [The Wife of Pharaoh

The Holy Quran has presented Aasiyah bint Mazaahim as one of the best role models for women.

Aasiyah greatness is in the fact that although she was the wife of one of the most Powerful, arrogant and tyrant rulers of Egypt, she was able to see and accept the truth in message of Prophet Moses.

For her, wealth, beauty or status was not the main criterion of human excellence; she realized that without faith in God, a human being has nothing.

God had chosen her to provide refuge to Moses when he was an infant.

When her maids brought the cradle of Moses from the river, she insisted to Pharaoh that she wanted to adopt that infant as a child:

The wife of Pharaoh said: "(Here is) joy of the eye, for me and for thee: slay him not. It may be that he will be use to us, or we may adopt him as a son." And they perceived not.
 [what they were doing]
 [HolyQuran -28:9]

Aasiyah bint Mazaahim had declared her faith in the message of God after witnessing the miracle of Moses in the Court of Pharaoh; and after witnessing the death of another believing, woman under torture.

Pharaoh tried to turn her away from the God of Moses and sought her mothers help.
But Aasiyah refused to reject the God of Moses.

Pharoah said "Believe ye in Him before I give you permission? Surely this must be your leader who has taught you magic! Be sure I will cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, and I will have you crucified on trunks of palm trees: so shall ye know for certain, which of us can give the more severe and the more lasting punishment!"
[The noble Quran 20:71]

On Pharaohs order, she was tortured to death.

The Quran sets her as an example for the believers to stay away from evil and sin despite the full assualt of the devil:

God sets forth an example for those who believe- the wife of Pharaoh who  said:-
"My Lord, build for me with You a house in Heaven, and save me from the Pharaoh and his doings, and save me from an unjust people."

[The Noble Quran 66:11]

In this lady, we see the example of supreme sacrifice:
By marrying Pharaoh, Aasiyah bint Muzahim became the Queen of Egypt, she gained everything that she wanted in this worldly life from the materialistic point of view: the best of clothes, food, palaces, jewels, servants and maids, etc.

But she sacrificed all that to be closer to Allah.

And that is why we see her included by the Prophet in the list of the four women who attained the level of perfection.

ALLAH says-"Whoever prays uponYou-I pray upon him"{Bukhari/Muslim}

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem.

As Salamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barkaatuh!

Abdur-Rahman ibn 'Auf related:-

 The Messenger of Allah   { SallAllahu `Alayhi wa Sallam }
went out once and he followed him until he entered a grove of palm trees and prostrated.

His prostration was so long that 'Abdur-Rahman feared that Allah had taken his soul.

 'Abdur-Rahman came to look at him and he { SallAllahu `Alayhi wa Sallam }

raised his head and said:-

"What is wrong, Abdur-Rahman'?" Abdur rahman mentioned what had happened,
and The Messenger of Allah { SallAllahu `Alayhi wa Sallam }  said:-

"Gabriel came to me and said: 'Shall I not give you glad tidings'?
Allah says to you:-
Whoever prays upon you, I pray upon him. Whoever salutes you, I salute him.'

Therefore, I prostrated to Allah in thanks."

 "It is Sahih according to  al-Bukhari and Muslim}

'And lower unto them the wing of Submission'[Quran]+'Wooden Bowl'[Memorable]

"Bismillah Hir Rehman Nir Raheem "

'Assalaamu Alaykum Warahmatulla hee Wa Barakaatuhu '.

The Recognition and Respect of parents is mentioned in the Quran eleven times;

In Surah Al-Isra' (Children of Israel) there is a very beautiful description of how parents are to be treated. Allah says:-

"Your Lord had decreed, that you worship none save Him, and (that you show) kindness to parents. If one of them or both of them attain old age with you, say not "Fie" unto them nor repulse them, but speak unto them a gracious word.
And lower unto them the wing of submission through mercy, and say:-
My Lord! Have mercy on them both, as they did care for me when I was young."

"We have enjoined on humankind kindness to parents."

The Wooden Bowl

A frail old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and four-year-old grandson.
The old man's hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred, and his step faltered

The family ate together at the table. But the elderly grandfather's shaky hands and
failing sight made eating difficult. Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor.
When he grasped the glass, milk spilled on the tablecloth.

The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess.
'We must do something about father,' said the son.
'I've had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating, and food on the floor.'

So the husband and wife set a small table in the corner.
There, Grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner.
Since Grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl.

When the family glanced in Grandfather's direction, sometimes he had a tear in his eye as he sat alone.
Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food.

The four-year-old watched it all in silence.

One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor.
He asked the child sweetly, 'What are you making?' Just as sweetly, the boy responded:-

'Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and Mama to eat your food in when I grow up.'

' The four-year-old smiled and went back to work.

The words so struck the parents so that they were speechless. Then tears started to stream down their cheeks. Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done.

That evening the husband took Grandfather's hand and gently led him back to the family table.
For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family. And for some reason,
neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth soiled.

 My 'Salaams 'To You All.

Fwd: Ek Sabaq Amoz Waqia

                                  Ek Sabaq Amoz Waqia

Ek din bahut tez mausla dhaar baarish ho rahi thi, aasman mein chaaron taraf kaale kaale baadal chhaye huwe thay, goya ke din mein hi raat ka guman ho raha tha, rah rah kar baadal garzte aur ek saath aasman mein kayi bijliyan chamak jaatien, aisi bijliyan chamakti aur baadlon ke garj se ke haath paon sihar jaata. Hawa bhi aisi tez chal rahi thi ke toofan ke maanend tha, sadkon pe ek bhi log nahin chal rahe thay, aas paas ka elaaqa andhere mein doobta huwa lag raha thaa, hawa tez, mausla dhaar baarish, aasman mein kaale baadal aur rah rah kar cheekhti aur chamakti huwi bijliyon aur badalon ki gadgadahat se faza khaufnak lag raha tha.

Ek bus stop ke shed mein kuchh log baarish thamney ke intezaar kar rahey, kisi ko ghar jaana tha, kisi ko daftar, kisi ko market, per baarish ruk hi nahin rahi thi, mausladhar baarish jaari thi, aapas mein logon no mashware kiye, kuchh log gunahon ko yaad kiye, aur natija yeh nikla ke sabhi log aapas mein confess karen, Allah ta'ala se apne pichhle gunahon ki maafi maange, tauba isteghfar karen, yeh gunah ke baes hi ham logon ko yeh saza mili rahi hai ke ghanton yehan bus stop mein khadey hain aur baarish ruk nahin rahi hai.

"Thik hai aisa karte hain ham log baari baari se sadak pe jaa ker 5 minute tak bheegte hain.

" ek aadmi ne cofess karne ka tariqa bataya.

"Haan thik hai…" shed mein khade log razi ho gaye, ke bheegne se gunaah dhool jayega.

Sabse pehle ek budha shakhs shed se bahar nikla aur baarish mein bheegte rahe, bijli chamkti to budha kaanp jaata, baadal garjtey to wo saham jata, 5 minute tak bheegne ke baad shed mein wapis aa gaye. Phir adher umr ka ek aadmi 5 minute tak bheega, phir jawan gaya, aurtein thein unki bhi baari aayi wo bhi 5-5 minute tak baarish mein bheeg kar shed mein wapis aa gayien, iss tarah se sabki baari khatm ho gayi, lekin baarish nahin thami. Ab bhi ussi tez se baarish ho rahi thi, ab bhi cheekhti aur kaale kaale baadlon ko chirti huwi bijliyan chamak rahi thein.

Shed mein ek chhota sa 7-8 saal ka bachha tha, shayad khelte khelte qarib ke park se yehan aa gaya tha. Sab logon ne kaha lagta hai sab se bada gunahgaar yeh ladka hai tabhi to ham logon ke bheegne ke baad bhi baarish nahin ruki,

"Ae chal jaa baarish mein bheeg…

" ek aadmi ne kaha, bachcha rone laga, tabhi ek aadmi ne peechhey se bachhe ko dhakka dete huwe kaha "Jaldi jao…"

Bachcha sadak pe khada ho kar baarish mein bheegney laga, wo rotey rotey baarish mein bheeg raha tha, abhi 2 minute hi huwa tha ke aasman mein ek tez bijli chamki aur chirta huwa bajr uss shed pe gira.

Ek khamoshi….

Sab log mar gaye, sirf wo bachcha bach gaya.

Moral: Allah swt ta'ala ka irshaad hai ke jab taks zameen per ek bhi aadmi nek hoga qayamat nahin hogi, uss shed mein ab tak uss nek bachchey ke waste wo log bachey thay, jaisi hi wo nek bachcha alag huwa ke Allah swt ne unn gunahgaron ko halak kar diya. Aayie ham log bhi imaan wala baney.

Ameen!

"By the Fig and the Olive'.[Quran-'Teen']'Fruit from paradise & cure for piles.

Assalaamu Alaykum Warahmatulla hee Wa Barakaatuhu

Prophet Mohammad
Figs: "It is a fruit from paradise and a cure for piles".

"By the Fig and the Olive..."

By the fig and by the olive, by the mount of Sinai and by this city of peace." [Quran -Surah at-Teen; 95:1,2,3]

Figs are thought to be originally from small Asia and are one of the first fruits cultivated ever.
It is said that humans could live on Figs alone as a source of food -- such is the goodness and nutrition in the fruit!

Figs are a rich source of calcium, iron, magnesium, Vitamin B6, and potassium. Figs are low in fat and high in fibre. They provide more fiber than any other common fruit or vegetable.
Figs have many health benefits. Fresh and dry figs are high in pectin, a soluble fiber that can reduce blood cholesterol. The fruit is also believed to have a laxative effect and can aid those who suffer from chronic constipation.

Listed below are some common problems and illnesses and how they can be avoided by the use of figs:

Insomnia
Figs contain a nutrient called tryptophan. This promotes good sleep and helps the brain use glucose properly, encouraging and stimulating good circulation.

Memory loss
Figs contain a lot of natural sugar - up to 60%. Sugar stimulate the brain so we can think faster and recall information more quickly. So that you can think more clear and faster. Figs are the ultimate brain fuel!

Fatigue
Fresh Figs contain up to 80% of water, as well as being one of the fruits with the highest levels of natural sugars. So they are a brilliant source of energy and stimulant for the brain. Making you more alert, responsive, fresh, as well as de-toxing the self.

Skin
Due to the Fig's high water content, they are ideal for improving the skin. The skin requires a good level of water. This will clear the skin, act as a cleanser, improve acne, oil, and general well-being.

Constipation
Figs are a natural laxative
. So they can aid those suffering from constipation. They have a high level of fibre.

The heart
Due to the Fig's high level of natural sugars, they are an excellent way to replace the bleached (white) sugars with a more healthy alternative. They contain a natural fructose and glucose sugar.
A high fibre diet is one of the best ways to improve cholesterol levels, and as a result aid oneself against heart related diseases insha'Allah.
The nutrient 'tryptophan' contained in Figs encourages good circulation, allowing blood to flow more easily around the body.
Figs contain the ingredient Pectin (and soluble Fibre) which is known for its colesterol lowering effects. Thus, Figs are beneficial for those of Old age, those suffering from High Blood-pressure, Diabetes, heart-disease, hyper-tension, and other such related illnesses.

Calcium
Studies show that 80% of Americans don't consume adequate amounts of calcium daily. (NB: sorry, I couldnt find the statistics for calcium consumption for those of us that live in the UK ! :P )
The majority of the calcium consumed by those in the US comes from dairy products. However, Figs are another source where much calcium could be obtained. This is also beneficial for those who are lactose intolerant (or even those who chose to be Vegans!).
Five figs provide about 250 mg of the daily recommended level of calcium.

Blood pressure
Figs are beneficial for those with heart-related diseases. Lowering colesterol, they are advantageous for those with high blood pressure.
Figs are a particularly good source of Poatassium. Potassium is a mineral crucial to the control of blood pressure. People who eat potassium-rich foods tend to have lower blood pressure and, subsequently, have less risk of related conditions such as strokes.

Stress
Physical stress results from having high levels of work to do, illnesses, not eating properly, lack of sleep. Emotional stress is triggered from dunya things, such as family woes, work/school troubles and so on. Figs are extreamely nutritious, and over-all an ideal fruit to overcome stresses and anxieties.
Figs are high in calories – about 50 calories per fig – but are highly nutritious snacks.

Anemia
Figs contain Iron which enriches the blood, and helps to produce it. Thus, they are ideal for women, girls and those suffering from Anemia (lack of Iron).

Digestion
Five figs provide more than 20 percent of the daily recommended allowance of fibre. Hence, they are excellent in aiding digestion and improving the condition of the stomach and bowels.

Hemorrhoids (piles).

Prophet Muhammad is recorded to have said to make use of Figs in order to curb Hemorrhoids.

Bones
Figs, with their high level of calcium are ideal for young growing children and for the development of bones. They are also invaluable for those suffering from Osteoporosis and brittle bones.

Weight control
Three figs, fresh or dried, contain about five grams of fibre. The soluble fibre contained in Figs can help people cut down on snacking because it causes nutrients to be absorbed more slowly, making people feel more satisfied after a meal. However, it should be remembered that Figs are high in calories.
