Correct timings to drink water.


As I received

Correct timing to drink water, will maximize its effectiveness on the Human body.

پانی اگر صحیح وقت پر پیا جاۓ تو انسانی جسم میں اسکی افادیت بڑھ جاتی ھے۔

Two (02) glass of water - After waking up -  Helps activate internal organs

جاگنے کہ بعد (2) دو گلاس پانی پینے سے جسم میں اندرونی اعظاء حرکت میں آجاتے ھیں۔

One (01) glasses of water  - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion

کھانے سے آدھا گھنٹھ پھلے (1) ایک گلاس پانی کھانا ھضم کرنے میں مدد دیتاھے۔

One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure

نھانے سے پھلے (1) ایک گلاس پانی بلڈپریشر کم کرنے میں مدد دیتاھے۔

One (01) glass of water - Before sleep  - To avoid stroke or heart attack

سونے سے پھلے (1) ایک گلاس پانی دل کا دورہ پڑنے کے امکانات کم کرنے میں مدد دیتاھے۔
